As a Human Resources Specialist at ExhiByte, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, retaining, and developing top-tier IT talent. You will work closely with management and employees to ensure a positive work environment, align HR strategies with business goals, and promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT roles, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
- Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and applicant tracking.
Onboarding and Orientation:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company policies, culture, and expectations.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
- Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts in a fair and professional manner.
- Promote open communication and positive employee relations.
- Implement performance appraisal processes, including goal setting and regular feedback sessions.
- Collaborate with managers to identify training and development needs.
- Assist in the development of performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
- Administer HR policies and procedures consistently and fairly.
- Maintain personnel records and ensure data accuracy.
- Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
- Assist employees with benefit inquiries and enrollment processes.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Support career development initiatives within the IT department.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in an IT or technology-focused organization.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
