Position Overview:

As a Human Resources Specialist at ExhiByte, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, retaining, and developing top-tier IT talent. You will work closely with management and employees to ensure a positive work environment, align HR strategies with business goals, and promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
 

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT roles, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
  • Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and applicant tracking.

Onboarding and Orientation:

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company policies, culture, and expectations.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
  • Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts in a fair and professional manner.
  • Promote open communication and positive employee relations.

Performance Management:

  • Implement performance appraisal processes, including goal setting and regular feedback sessions.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify training and development needs.
  • Assist in the development of performance improvement plans when necessary.

HR Compliance:

  • Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
  • Administer HR policies and procedures consistently and fairly.
  • Maintain personnel records and ensure data accuracy.

Benefits Administration:

  • Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
  • Assist employees with benefit inquiries and enrollment processes.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Support career development initiatives within the IT department.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in an IT or technology-focused organization.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
